there are out clauses in every lease of this magnitude. length of lease means nothing. and judging from what we saw in Florida on Thursdau night, the Panthers might as well start loading the trucks this summer.

If that were the case then the Islanders would be in KC already. The reason why they didn't move was becasue their lease is up next season. Which is why they are going to Brooklyn.

Quebec city couldn't keep their team and Toronto doesn't deserve another team to equal out how bad the Leafs are so think again. Hurricanes are a joke too. 1 cup doesn't rid the fact that your team sucks.
