If Wang sells this team....drinks are on me fellas.

I sincerely hope this is the case and it's accurate. I'm not sure how quickly the process would be but I really truly hope this is real.

Hopefully this process has been going on for a while. I would be very surprised if this is not real.

Ratner and prokorov . There is also an out clause in the coliseum lease that ratner can break if he gets the rights to the coliseum site to bring them back to the island.

I'm away from my computer right now so I'll keep it simple. We get this rumor about once every two years. I wouldn't doubt that Wang may look to sell a stake in the team at some point down the line which could explain contacting a consultant firm but I think it's a leap of faith to assume he contacted this group specifically about the isles. Charles owns undeveloped land, hotels, businesses, real estate firms etc. This contact could be about any of those things.

If Charles Wang sells this team, we're all getting together for a five-day, five-night celebration. Just not in a dry town.

Ratner getting the go ahead to redevelop the land a week after the 25 yr lease has been signed, there is somethingn up there and it wouldn't surprise me if the Barclays cente is a temporary home while they rebuild the Coliseum.... Who knows, all speculation of course.
