Was the barnaby trade something that people saw coming? I was very young at the time lol

Well it was a big win anyways
But it's pretty much known that Darcy is at least trying to make a deal
Real sources are all reporting it (CBC, CNN/si, espn), and Darcy even said so himself
Seems like u don't have much faith he'll get something done, but I'm Optimistic a move or two will be made
Just don't know how quick it'll be
Colorado is under no pressure to trade O'reilly anytime soon, they'll let that become as big a bidding war as possible
And I like the idea of us getting him, but I don't think I like the idea of having to wildly overpay either

If we can bring in a defensive defenseman to help solidify the backend, and a winger who can provide some scoring and win faceoffs (Dubinsky?),
That will help right away with our two biggest weaknesses while we're looking to make that big deal

That's my hope anyways

I was like 8 or 9 at the time so I didn't know anything other then what i saw on the ice. I have a Barnaby jersey for the penguins, rangers, lightning, and hawks. I need one from Colorado and Dallas to complete it. I doubt I will get those ones though since its where he spent his least amount of time.

Ahh he was moved 10 days before I turned 20. I just remember him being a whinny female dog after Nolan wasn't re-upped and complaining about he couldn't find the right skate and it hurt his foot.

yeah stafford puts himself in alot of scoring positions. now that the hardest one is out of the way i hope they start going in, in bunches.

After last night Ott now leads the league in hits
And instead of coming in here n talking about it being a nice win, it's all negative and sarcastic

They didn't get the NHL deal for a song and a dance so they could care less about hockey.

Last time I checked hockey is a sport so it should get its fair share of time on a show called Sportscenter. It doesn't and that is why they fail.

I don't understand why people still feel like they need ESPN at all for anything other than live events. So many better options out there if you want real sports coverage.
