If Stafford pulls off a few good games in a row, I think a trade for O'Reilly is more realistic. Something like Stafford and Girgensons/Adam & pick/Armia for O'Reilly. - BuffSabs88
Why don't we throw in Vanek and Pommer too? |

Nah listening to Darcy earlier, he sounded like he is trying to make a deal now and even said he's open to a big deal. - sabresfandan
I actually agree. Although it is hard to believe that Regier is looking for a deal that is not at the deadline or in the off season but I kind of thought that too.
Also Ehrhoff is the franking man, he is actually legit. |

Any deal for O'Reilly will involve Ennis/prospect/pick |

Every time Hecht handles the puck he looks like it's the first time he has ever used a puck before. It is unreal to me how bad he is with the puck. - Morskdog89
yep stone hands. was he always this bad with the puck? |

Yeah man I love the Hoff he can play in all situations, great player at a great cap hit |

Even last year, after the Lucic-Miller incident, any "stirring" up has been initiated by Buffalo. That was overblown. It happened. It's over, and I'm pretty sure the Sabres have a winning record against Boston since then. - buffalofan19
You know what I mean though. Marchand and his poop talking over his boys shoulder. Lucic trash talking on radio shows. |

You really think that is too much for O'Reilly? I'm not talking about giving up Girgensons, Adam, Armia, Stafford, and a pick for O'Reilly. I'm talking about Stafford paired with one of those prospects, not all of them. |

Bring it on! But Girgs or Armia aren't going anywhere for ROR. |

I don't like Stewart, I think he is a lazy player. ROR is exactly what this team needs. |

I agree, Girgensons and Armia aren't going anywhere. We'll move McNabb/Pysyk or even Adam. |

lol No. But steadily through the years they have turned more and more in to stone. It cracks me up everytime the puck is on his stick in the offensive zone.
Brian Boyle from the Rangers is in Torts dog house. I would like him as our 4th line centre. |

Staff/Ennis and a pick and prospect yes but Girgs and Armia wont be moved. |

Tim Kennedy has as many goals as staff this season
I like ROR but I have a hunch the price tag will be high |

Yeah I like the Hoff. I could see him being really money if we put a better team together. |

Why do people think Girgensons wouldn't be moved? If the Sabres traded for O'reilly they'd have 4 young centers on the roster with Hodgson, O'Reilly, Ennis (assuming he's not in the trade), and Grigorenko. Not much room for Girgs with those centers on the team. |

True. I have not seen the Hoff beat one on one all year. He is a crazy good skater and seriously impressive. I am getting all "Garth on the Gringo" excited. |

I would rather have a center play wing then try to make another winger play center though |

Again, I'm not talking about including all of those guys in a trade. I'm saying they would give up Stafford + one of those prospects. Like Stafford and Girgensons for O'Reilly. Or Stafford, Adam, and a pick for O'Reilly. |
