Yeah, not really....not exactly the game I was expecting.

Consistency...not something the Flames have figured out lately.

Calgary is a roster full of old players and maple leaf castoffs. The only thing they have to get O'Reilly would be their lottery 1st round pick. Seriously the flames have 0 good prospects after Baertshchi. Laugh at the Leafs all you want, but we have the 2nd youngest team in the league. And are fighting for a playoff spot. Anyone can look at the Lames roster and see how pathetic it is. It really is sad that the Flames don't rebuild. Good day.

Ummm... OReilly will want to play for a team that has a chance to be good.. That isn't Calgary.. not even fricking close. Take away Iggy and Kipper and the Flames suck the big valboski (clearly their backup goaltending showed that tonight with the Blues pounding them in their own rink). Phoenix.. right cuz a player wants to go to a team in financial turmoil.. not. And every player apparently is going to TO when their number is up. Not a hope going there either. TO is like Calgary, no hope of a championship anytime soon. Not saying the Oilers are going to get him regardless of the Gagner and 2nd round pick rumors. If I am OReilly.. I am thinking Dallas, NYR, NJ, St. Louis.. teams with a chance to win in the near future. And I might even add the Oil. As much as people want to bash them, you are a moron if you don't think that the Oil have more upside as a developing team compared to Calgary, Toronto or Phoenix. None of those three teams have a line that can compare to RNH, Ebs, and Hall. And OReilly with Hemsky and Yaks would likely take most of the top lines of those three teams as well. Seriously.. ESPN where do you get your crap from.

Didn't get to watch the game, partly since i expected a loss and it was Friday, but sounds like the goalies still suck. Shouldn't they trade for Bishop over O'Reilly? Calgary doesn't need O, they need a stopgap G.
