Don't tell Oscar the bladerunner that.

Although his lawyer told him he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Seriously. I can never imagine shooting anyone. Let alone someone as insanely gorgeous as her.

But its quite obvious he didnt it and the blade runners reputation has taken a turn down the path of Lace, Tiger and OJ. Well done moron.

I'll keep it simple

Q1- YES
Q2-YES

Phaneuf = 3/4 on most teams

Bieksa = 2/3 on most teams

Sadly, I have a real job now where they don't let me hockey blog all day. The sit has been dragging me down since I got in, but I've solved most of the problems since then.

I hope Kesler does not play tonight. I would like to see him in a few more full contact practices first, and returning after he declares himself 100%, just to make sure. AV said the same things last year about limiting ice time and he played what, 24 min in his first game? Let him return after the win streak ends.

AV said Kesler is unbelievably fit. I saw him in that practice, he looks like a toothpick.

He needs more fat on his body or else he's going to get injured every time he gets hit.

That's a valid concern, but what if, unlike last time, Kesler did wait long enough to declare himself properly ready? I doubt he'd make the same mistake twice.

But I agree, they absolutely need to limit his ice time, regardless.

I was bored last night and was checking out the Canuck schedule. They have 5 back to backs left for the season, compared to the rest of the western conference.

LA 7, Nash 7, Col 7
CBJ 8, Cal 8

Apr 6/7 Nash/Nash
Apr 14/15 Stl/Dal
Apr 19/20 Nash/Pho
Apr 26/27 Cal/Stl
Canucks have 1 in the last 4 weeks Apr15/16 Nash/Stl

I don't think we've had a 4pm game yet this year. Less travel, easy division, 2 stud goalies... not to jinx it, but this is definitely looking like the year we win the Cup. Makes so much sense, especially when all the other fans will be saying "doesn't count man, put an asterix beside that one, lockout shortened season".

The thing about all this talk that there is no timetable for my return and AV saying he's ready is I think we all know how much Kesler like to (frank) with the media. The guy hasn't played for a good 8 months and they originally said he would be ready in December/January if the lockout didn't happen. I think he is more than ready to get back and is just playing games with the media. He tweeted this morning...What an amazing morning to his family so I bet that means he can't wait to play tonight.

I hate to say this, but I agree with 1040 ysterday when they said that they want to hear Kesler say I can't wait to get back in there, ready to go, chomping at the bit to get some action and play in a game instead of the games he is playing with the media.

and Sera once beat GSP—does that make him a better fighter?

Plus, a "one punch" usually implies a person was knocked out. I've never seen Bieksa get knocked out...

Either way, Kostopolous is also a tough customer—no shame in losing to him. It happens.

Now run along, you little scamp, and go harass mummy...

Yeah Kesler is annoying me. AV comes out and pretty much says he's playing tonight, then Kesler says there is no time line. The guy is so self-absorbed. His cockiness was cool at first, but now he just comes off like a douchebag.
