The Senators playoff hopes just tanked......That is a tough pill to swallow....Sens fans will be calling it intentional, but who knows.

In other old news JFK was assassinated. By the way it was an unofficial spokesperson who died, not the founder. It makes sense when you have 350 lb. spokespeople that they would croak from time to time.

Scott is a little long in the tooth, but if we drafted an Ogletree or Minter in the first round I wouldn't mind having him for a season as a mentor.

Im not saying I want him...but Pettine might

I'm not totally against it if we get a young guy in the draft.

O'Reilly scored 55 points last year. Based on what I've read about Girgensons, he should be able to produce like that at the NHL level. He has all the same intangibles, and he's bigger. His leadership has been compared to Messier and Toews.

I'll pass on trading him for O'Reilly.

thats a little much dont ya think?

Id' trade him for O'Reilly

I didn't say that it does, that's what his scouting report said. I'm only repeating what a lot of people who are supposed to know about this stuff said.

Of course. Landry is perfect to go along side Byrd. Plus they were probably hanging out together at the Pro Bowl. Maybe some tampering action going on.
