I tried that, everyone else not named Dozzer wanted to talk about O'Reilly. - mykokes
Hot topic.
I don't put too much weight on these rumors unless they are no longer rumors...
Until then, I hope that Frattin gone doesn't hurt Kadri's production. |

It's funny, he was the first guy I thought of when the Penguins fan was here earlier this week telling me Simon Despres is going to be a top pairing d or is already a top pairing d. - mykokes
It's what happens. And now after 4 games with full on Malkin/Neal he's gone to the 4th line and off the team. It's fun how things workout. |

So with Frattin now out of the lineup, what do you guys think the roster will look like for the next few days? - A_Tree
I would hope that with Kadri no longer tied to Frattin's hip (understandably so), he could jump up to center Kessel and JVR. |

Sounds like Komarov is staying with kulemin and Grabo, and McClement is going with Kadri and MacArthur from the tsn clip. - mykokes
Ugh..
Well lets hope we can manage at least one win out of the next 4 - 5 games. That's not too much to ask. |

Winnipeg Jets forward Evander Kane says in a soon-to-be published interview that part of the criticism he receives is racially motivated
In a story set to be released in the Mar. 4 issue of The Hockey News, the 21-year-old said, "I think a good portion of (criticism) is because I'm black and I'm not afraid to say that." |

No way. I'd be very nervous to break up the lineups right now. Despite Frattin being out, I believe that Kadri has become confident enough to produce results without his partner-in-crime. Better to spread the 'attack' through-out the line up. |

What?
Is there more to this? Or is the criticism he's talking about solely related to his infamous "money shot"? |

Ryan O'Reilly won't be a bust until he comes here.
For the good of his career, he should probably stay away. He instantly loses 40% of his hockey ability upon stepping on Toronto soil. |

They got him for Brian Elliott. So, if you believe last year was for real, they didn't get him for nothing. If you think he's a one year wonder, which Anderson was up until recently, then they got him for nothing. |

So, Edmonton's got a bit of a problem. They sat Smyth and Whitney, who are now clearly pissed off, and lost 4-1.
Not saying that benching them was the wrong move, but now they pretty much need to move them or use their buy-outs. |
