I disagree, Moen is not a bad 4th line guy, brings some grit, can play a regular shift, play PK, responsible. For under 2M, he isn't a bad contract.

The replay wasn,t conclusive, even though he clearly tried to punch the puck. If Orr wasn't penalized for intent to injure, the goal won't be refused for intent to punch the puck
