Usually they are pretty down to earth and relaxed. I pick most of them up at starbucks, they usually wear glasses and are brunnette's. They do have annonymous clubs as well. I think as long as we keep sticking to hockey related talk we should be fine. They usually only lock threads if things start to get too outrageous. Part of the reason there is such an outcry for me to be a ref is because I have the uncanny ability to identify that fine line. We still have a ways to go.
