Someone who wants to stay in the lineup, what happens with Brown? - LeafMan

I'd much rather see him in the lineup than Brown tbh - toskala4vezina
At this point, I have to agree. He's kind of okay. |

I have no idea how Gardiner ever gets back in barring a trade or injury.
There's no way Fraser clears waivers. Holzer has been decent. Kostka has leveled off and seems to be steady.
Gunnar still needs a spot, and I'm just assuming Komi is a permanent press box fixture. - Leeman4Gilmour
One would think the way Franson is playing right now, we would get a decent return for him. 1st round pick from a playoff team needing help? |

I think it was the mustache.
Brown is a hard worker and great character however he is rather injury prone, takes a few bad penalties and while he's eager to drop the gloves, doesn't exactly win a lot or strike fear into opposing players. |

Funny, I remember reading on these boards night in and night out that Kadri was a bust and Brayden Schenn was the best prospect in the world. |

He's definitely getting shipped out. Need a spot for Lupes when he gets healthy. |

If the play offs started today, Leafs would start with home-ice advantage over Pittsburgh. |

yup. MacArthur is a goner. He's done his job well, but he should have been gone last year. |

You are correct. Brown is a good middleweight, but MacLaren is a heavyweight. He also hits like a truck. They may keep Brown around, just incase they need an injury fill in. Steckell, however, is in the same boat as Komiserek. Some team, needing depth, will make a pitch for both of these players. Another 10 games and both of these players will probably be gone. |

Brown does just fine when he fights. The Leafs still need a middleweight type of guy because there are a lot of guys out there who play like Lapierre that won't fight guys like Orr. |

I like Komorov. He's got great hockey sense. He knows when to throw the big hit and knows when to take a players number, for a later date. In Montreal, he kept Grabovski from taking a penalty, after the Habs had taken one. He's a player of great value, as he can play all 3 forward positions and is very good in his own end. Great pickup. |
