I'm not a giant Garth snow fan but I think it's completely fair to say he has no chance here with this budget. It actually could be much worse. Having said that, a winning NHL coach might be exactly what this team needs. Terry Murray is out there. He was giant in the progression of the Kings to cup winners.
Also in fairness, the team has played a brutal schedule so far and could have won or gotten points in 3 of the last 4 games. Hedberg stole the game vs the devils . They played even with Pittsburgh and that mainly came down to goaltending, they were awful vs the rangers and were pretty good last night.
It comes down to not doing enough in the tough areas to win games. Nabokov included so far this year.

Is it possible to say Snow has ever had a fair chance to do his job? Remember Wang is his boss. Not given any resources to do his job does not make it very easy. like him or not we have no idea if he is a good GM or not. I would say he has not been all to bad considering the turd he was given to shine. Does not matter the team ownership does not care and will not get the job done. I can only hope things change when they move or I am just done!
What a team to grow up watching and cheering for but lets be honest this team has been a joke for right about 20 years to this point. I guess I have just about reached my limit. We need change at all levels Ownership, GM, Coach and how about some players to give the effort JT does out there.
Mark my words if JT does not get a team around him he will leave the next chance he gets in a few years. Yup doom and gloom, What can I say 20+ years of watching this team suck ass has taken its toll on me.
