If he keeps playing like this, I don't think he'll be back with the Wolves this season.
AV seems to like him, and trust him defensively. - Fosco
He should stay up and center that third line with Raymond and Hansen. |

If he can continue to overcome his size disadvantage, I agree.
He's more than capable defensively.
How awesome would that be if he can play well enough to make the loss of Hodgson a non-factor.

Kevin Bieksa is good? You don't say. I remember a few years ago when he was going to become a UFA before re-signing in Vancouver I was on here telling Leaf fans Toronto should go after him, UG laughed at me saying Bieksa is overrated blah blah blah. I love his game, physical, can skate well, can play in his own end. He makes some dumb mistakes sometimes, but he's always trying to help the team. Great team player. - blahman20
It's definitely a mixed bag with Bieksa. His offence can make up for his frequent terrible defensive lapses. He's mean sometimes and then other times he'll go months without fighting or really playing with a snarl. In a lot of ways he's like Phanuef, without being a total douche. Having Hamhuis as a partner has made him a lot less frustrating to watch and makes his mistakes less costly. A good player to have at a reasonable cap hit. If he got paid much more, I wager he'd get even more flak though. |

I feel that way when he's scoring and fighting. I'm less inclined to think that when he's not doing those things.
Solid poster, though. |

Yeah, what's going on there? Always thought Belanger was a decent FO guy. - Fosco
Belanger's out, horcoff's out. Had Smyth at centre and Vande Velde (a call-up) as our 3rd and 4th line centres. Bad times right now. We need to bring in some veteran help. |

The twins are looking like they've got their timing back along with their legs, those 3 goals were them being as dominant as they normally are along the wall. |

Agreed, would like to see more out of the third?( second line?).
Kassian has been feeding Hansen some beauties to no result.

Yeah, they're really on their game tonight. Incredibly consistent players, their "slumps" usually aren't even that bad production wise and only seem to last a couple of games at most. We've been pretty spoiled as fans, even other top scorers in the league have stretches of games where they struggle.
