lol, I cut him a break, I haven't had problems with him in the past, I gave him an explanation and chance to stop.

With that said, someone else got him, lol.

- LeafMan

please advise where my posts were trolling? Also, calling a poster a troll IS against the CoC. Also, making personal attacks is against the CoC.
- muffin_man

Seems like you are quite familiar with the code of conduct.. wonder why...?

Personal attacks...lol

did you not see the 20 pages of thread disrupution in EE last night? I suppose you deleted all those posts too?
- muffin_man

don't try to understand it.

a guy who's been banned for 18 months is allowed to troll under an alternate account for months now.

nuck fans can light this place up on a daily basis.

... there is no standard.

Plakanec slashed him across the hand hard when he dropped his stick he kicked it down the ice.. Plakanec is lucky Orr took the shoulder away at the end.. because he should've drilled him.. but Orr knew he would get 20 games for a legal hit.. and chose to knock out Bourque instead.
- DoctorNHL

I didn't see the game, but imho, Orr needs to take a stick in the face from Gionta before dropping the gloves. If he does that, it's A-OK to punch Gionta's lights out.

I'm not going to get into it but don't post about something you have no knowledge about what has happened in the background regarding this, thanks.

The stick was up in the face when Gionta approached... and Orr never attempted to punch him.. maybe goad one of the others in.. and Bourque obliged...

you're right. there's not much sense getting into it.

that being said, i was under the impression rules are rules. trolling is #7 on the list, i've seen the swath of vancouver fans come in on a nightly basis. nothing is ever done about it.

pretty sure alternate accounts are allegedly cause for IP banning.

you guys are in here talking about freaking cake recipies, and skyrim this and that on a daily basis.. that's #2. this place is a joke at the best of times.

i fail to see how any behind the scenes discussion can put clear rule violations into grey areas. but hey, it's your guys' job. yours to do as you see fit. but when it's done like that, there is no standard. i could have 13 accounts with 11 of em banned if i wanted to.. at least that's the impression i've gotten from a certain someone being allowed to do it for months.

cheers.

*sigh* I can only report alt accounts, I cannot delete them. I also have had a talk about trolling with the admins, we have to justify every ban, trust me, Dozzer and I have had enough of it and have started taking action with their blessing to do it.

im not getting into preference with you guys, i can imagine what your days are like. you guys need some freaking help. you're in charge of a blog that can go over 2000 comments on a daily basis, and there's two of you. you need some late night help.

and the standard needs to be cleaned up. i am aware there's only so much you can do, but grey areas cause problems.

just my two cents.

Well with Koztka being an RC fav, Fraser is now a mainstay & Holzer showing a scoring touch, likely the end of Komi's time in TO. The Leafs are showing they are MUCH MUCH better of for it. WOuldn't be surprised if Nonis is looking for a taker for Komi. Anyone think we can at least squeak out a 4th rounder for him?

I would be more than satisfied not having to give a pick away to get rid of that guy.

I suspect the reason he's been sitting is to set up the conversation that sounds something like.... "Mike we really love what you bring to the table... but we think you'd be better served playing elsewhere - you know - a fresh start. Is there any particular locations you wouldn't want to go to?"

It's a Japanese guy in a Tanoukie suit, yes French is an Irish last name and the Coyotes have made the playoffs 4 more times than the Leafs since the lockout...and you said my views were wrong yet they were a quote from the NHL site...so yes, you are a dink.

- Dozzer

Meeting probably not more than 30mis but the NHL hasn't ever rendered a decision that quick. I suspect that they won't find out ti later, like 9

Oh come on, look at Pacioretty right there, what he is doing is MANLY. It should be part of our game. Josh Gorges approves.

Prust didn't touch this all off when the Habs were down by 5 ... naaaw.

Yeah lot of butt hurt players and fans right now because their team tried to send the standard loser-toughness message, and it backfired.

It was rather funny watching them try to throw their weight around, and get completely beaten down.

We had both going pretty loud. What a (frank)ing game to be at. Glad the fans back home were able to appreciate.
