I caught your earlier post and I appreciate the argument you are trying to make.. but there is no evidence either were filed.. although I am sure that the Ref reported that Pacs said he was bit.. and that alone would warrant a league review.

But presuming that he is guilty before review is unfair which is what i was saying.. you said yourself that you were making a presumption.

I am sure Shanahan will list out the evidence upon review...

Also I wouldn't put it past Pacs.. who was ejected in the game to go in the back and bite himself because there were no apparent marks either.. because he is that type of baby.. if the Ref didn't see the marks at the time of the infraction.. then it shouldn't be used unless photographed and a dental cast made of Grabo to prove it was actually his teeth..

Might have to get CSI in there.. do some swabs for DNA also...lol

everything i have argued was based on the presumption that an NHL medical official had a chance to look at the wound right away and that how the referee's post game report described the scenario

i fully admit that those two things will play crucial roles and that no one here, myself included, knows how those two things were handled.

if its just based on video replay then a suspension is not warranted, i havent denied that.

NHL medical officials do not inspect limbs to determine bite marks.

It's not in their job descriptions.

The hearing will look at video and the ref's report.

That is all.

Nice one Atomic... although don't really trust those Ref's lots of third man in stuff yesterday and very few penalties for it.. Bourque jumped Orr from behind and didn't get punished besides the deserved KO KRUSH..
