No, the point is a team had to cheat its way to make it to the cap floor by trading for a player that they don't even have to pay. In the end they won't end up giving a single pick or prospect in order to not be penalized for being such tightwads. Luongo will have to be paid and will require very good prospects and/or picks to obtain.
