KESSEL WITH THE WINNER. Kadri and Frattin were again our best players. In only 13-14 minutes of ice-time. They always make something happen. I thought Holzer had a nice game. He looks like a tough stay at home d-man. Upgrade over Komi.

If only Burke knew the Leafs would be THAT BAD. You know who the 3rd overall pick in Seguin's draft was? Gudbranson. Haven't heard anything about him. Leafs were just unlucky. If both of the picks were top 10 but no Seguin, the deal doesn't look that bad. Just saying.

The Leafs haven't got a top 2 pick in SO LONG. Even the year previous, we didn't finish that low. So he thought with a legit scorer we would be better. Hindsight the deal looks bad, but people need to chill on the Burke hate. He has done many good things that don't get noticed.
