Nice deal! He can't play defense, but he can actually rebound and just as good at scoring. Lowry, Gay, Boozer and Derozan should be able to put up some points.

Didn't realize how much Boozer makes. Raps need a new GM, it seems like the goal is just to get into the playoffs this year and next year and lose in the first round. The only way bottom feeders can win in the NBA is if they tank and get a franchise player in the draft(good character guy who won't leave for the Lakers/Celtics/Knicks in the future). Basically do what the Thunder did.

I don't think he's gonna play a single game. They reach the cap floor without having to actually pay Thomas. Also allows them to actually unload some salary in a future trade since Thomas has a 5 million dollar cap hit. Bottom line: The Islanders(Wang) are the cheapest team in the entire league.

Yeah, my team's been disappointing. I'm hoping to just get into the playoffs and then hopefully my guys get hot. Getting Lupul back by then will be nice too. I'll probably look to make a couple of more moves this week if I can find anyone looking to wheel and deal.

Hopefully Fasth ends up taking over for Hiller.
