I also expect Benn to hit more and block more shots and take more penalties. If I thought that Giroux was better choice this year (not last) then I would have not traded him.

I honestly wouldn't have done the deal if I didn't have Benn in 2 other pools. He's a monster out there. His snap shot is ridiculous, has to be one of the best in the league. Giroux has concussion issues, and as you mentioned, is no where near as physical.

It's a fair trade for both.

True, but Landeskog is already injured and Weber isn't going to be the same without Suter plus Nashville looks horrible and Edmonton looks better than last year.

Honestly, he does lack some hockey sense but his speed, decent size and hands will make him a great player. Plus he's playing with Eberle, RNH and Schultz on the PP.


Good point on Jagr, Giroux is missing both of his wingers from last year.
