I like Frans. He is not the main problem. The problems with the team are KO Reasoner Hickey Finley Streit Colin Mcdonald and JT doing all the work with his line.

This is the problem we cannot trade Frans or trade this guy. What has this team won that we cannot trade a guy like Frans?

Dude, Neilson is the best all around player on team. Faceoffs,points,PK,PP,defensive forward. What else do you want from him? It's not his fault the isles have him in a role that probably isn't best for him and he is still good

Funny.. personally he isnt one of my favs on the team... That doesn't mean I don't see his talent. He's one of the BEST shut down defensive forwards in the NHL. Not really good, Not potentially, He is.. Now. All we need to do is play him in the right f'in situations. Not as your center to your secondary scoring line.. thats like playing Gretzky in goal, or say.. Nino on the fourth line. You play a guy out of position and chances are he's not gonna shine much.

BTW i didn't say we couldnt trade him, I said I wouldnt make THAT trade.

Yep, and even being asked to do what he does, he is certainly still productive. But not exactly the protection tavaresn needs.

I think this team needs a huge message sent in terms of a big type trade. Teams will probably ask for a guy like Frans and if the return is good enough I think you have to do it. Maybe seeing a guy like Frans traded will wake some guys up. It's not my call so my ideas mean nothing.

once again a great chance by grabner isnt converted and then play goes other way and other team scores. that was difference in game.

also seemed to me that only tavares, moulson and grabner were trying to win this game.

After it was 3-1 rangers just played shut down game.

and finally WHY DOES THIS BOZO Capuano insist on pulling goalie with over 2 mins left. At least wait for isles to gain the zone too. isles werent even past center ice. you basically end the game early.

Best of all is this tool bag going to put in DP on saturday and make it a 4 skid. UGHHHHHHHHHHHH
