I was really hoping he'd sign here for one more too. Beyond the scoring, I think they miss a lot of what he brought to the team. Knuble should help with that a little (not the scoring), but he doesn't have quite the same level of influence as a guy like Jagr.

For what it's worth, I feel a lot better about this team after the last few games. They're visibly working to overcome their deficiencies, the effort is there, and they're getting some much needed results. This team has needs, but they can cope in the mean time.

But it would be really nice to have him on the wing right now. Hindsight, sigh...
