By the way, your opinion was that you're happy they're moving. What would you consider an appropriate response on their part?
- canadianpenfan

His intial opinion was spot on actually. People that cheer when a player is injured are low class white(of course when white for my PC friends on here) trash as far as I'm concerned. His follow up statement was begging for a negative response.

I did apologize for that. Certain fans dont deserve a franchise, but probably not the majority.

Alot of people were saying the same thing about the Penguins and their fans not long ago. Do you have short term memory problems?

I still maintain that if you watch the clip and listen NO one who was close to the ice and could see he was actually bleeding was cheering. While I can't imagine anyone wants Cindy to get hurt again... His flopping, whining, and cheap shotting makes him a pretty big target for ridicule.. that and he is one of the best players in the game.

At one point in the 3rd period with he skated past our defenseman behind the net and literally did a somersault over his stick looking for a call. He did not get it and whined the whole shift. He is a jackwagon... too talented a player to act in that way.. IMO.

Game.. .Isles are playing well. They are getting out goalied and that is why they are losing some games. Nabby is playing a lot better than any goalie we have had since Ozzy, but still in last 2 games let in a goal he would like back and that is the difference. Isles need to Score on PP. You can not have that many PP and not score and expect to win games. Ok played better but still drives me nuts at times... so does Streit.

I am very curious to see what happens when Bailey is back in the mix.

Who cares? It's a sporting event it happens. Do I agree with it? Nope but there is always going to be a$$holes at a hockey game anywhere you go. Go figure, shocker!

Nah brah. Pens fans expect their sports teams owners to make a quality effort to put a competetive team out there. they don't tolerate owners that don't. they sent a message with there wallets to the owners. Lemiuex was able to use KC to make the city build him an arena, and then put his money where his mouth was and fielded a good team.. there was definately some luck in drafting, but they were going to spend on money on the team either way. There is a difference between not deserving a team because you cheer for an injured player (or a player yelling at an injured player from the walkway) and, as a fan, making your team have to improve by steering clear of the arena if they don't ice a team given the tools to be competitive

When the power play clicks, people complain about how they play 5-on-5 and say you can't rely on special teams. When they play good 5-on-5, people complain that the power play didn't click. Some nights the PP will go 3/5, some nights it won't. Not thrilled with the PP last night...down low they were really good. Up high, not so much. Vis should hopefully help there...that's supposed to be his bread and butter, right? They had point-blank chances in the second though that were at least as good as the one Grabner finally put home in the third, so I don't agree that they didn't show up until the third. They just couldn't beat Fleury until the third.

Not true. I'l tell you, if you're on a train there with your map out looking all touristy there will be plenty of people to offer you help. At first I was like where is this dude sending me, but after 5 or 6 people offered to help and i actually got to where i wanted to be i realized they were just being nice.

awesome. you lucked out. Usually if you're lucky someone will tell you to get on a train that ends up taking you to the middle of Harlem, or Bed Sty...If you're not so lucky, they may just push you in front of an oncoming train.

sure did. I have moved on, I never cried, I accept it, deal with it and own it. Kind of like stepping over a turd in the sidewalk, crinkling your nose, and then keep on going. But what keeps me interested was the bum that was interested in that turd and even proud of it. The turd doesn't still have me shaking my head, its that person with the pride in that turd.

Think they're gonna waive Boulton or something? They signed Gallant to a 1-year deal. Can't think of why they'd do that unless they're planning on getting rid of Boulton and just calling up Gallant for the rare game where they'd absolutely need a pure fighter...rather than having Boulton on a 1-way taking up a roster spot and scratching him more often than not.

This is one of the more whinier posts I've read from a Penguins fan, congrats. As for the last sentence you say "steer clear to make the team better" and every other sports fan in the country calls it being a "band wagon fan" besides Penguins fans of course but hey, you guys must be right. You even lose better than everyone else.

Oh, now I get the confusion. It's apparently if someone defends themsleves they are crying. No wonder you think certain players on the pens do that, they lead and make comments when they are appropriate.

wasn't funny the first time. big difference between band wagon fan and that. I watched those losing seasons religiously on tv, but I sure wasn't parking my ass in the seat until the owners started icing a team that was worth paying to go see... and many poeople around pittsburgh felt the same way
