Would be pretty good for hockey in such an ugly year. - Leafland
San Jose is a pretty solid market considering where they are. Bettman sure would be happy with it. Only thing that would make it better is if they played against Pittsburgh or Tampa Bay. |

The Blues are going to win it this year. Bad game today, but their team is loaded with talent and excellent goaltending and defense. Not to mention coaching. Pietrangelo is going to win the Norris this year. Book it. My Stanley cup prediction: Blues vs Rangers. Anyways good games LEAFS. McClement had 20 minutes of ice-time but he has been great on the penalty kill and on the fore-check. Has earned his ice. |

Pittsburgh always pulls a good Canadian audience, I'm not sure what it would be like of they were playing SJ. Could be a pretty bland series but people would still tune in. |

I could get behind the Blues. Just about the only western conference team I could.
Rangers better turn it on though. |

He is. Might be a different story in a few years, but for now Gagner is the better player. |

Who the hell thought Gus would be better than Bryzgalov?
Quit deflecting. You were wrong about Bryz, you were wrong about Tlusty, wrong about Earl, Peca, Mitchell, Stajan... You were wrong about the necessity of holding picks and prospects (Boston and LA were both cup champs), and you were spectacularly wrong about Pogge.
In fact, in almost every concrete prediction you've ever made, you've been wrong.
At some point, the typical human might say to himself, "Hmm, perhaps my judgment isn't as infallible as I think it is."
But go on. Deflect all this, too. - Leeman4Gilmour

Just watching him play right now, if the Sharks win anything, it'll be because Couture and Pavelski become a threat and help take the pressure off of Thornton and Marleau in the playoffs. |

Oh yeah of course. Couture has mad potential. It's only his third full season that he's going into I believe? His previous two he scored 30 goals and up his production after his rookie year. He's going to be a good one forsure. |
