But he's not.. I not too worry about this little argument because he will be traded soon.. May as well go set the crow trap bud, cuz your gonna be eating some! - Arctic_AARDVARK
Yea, they re-signed Lupul, and are working on a new contract for Bozak, just so they can trade Kessel away.

And the price of curry in India? - Two_For_Truth
Less than the cost of Ilya "Automatic playoffs" Bryzgalov's contract. |

It's the exact same circular arguments from him every night.
- Pen15[insert player name] isn't good, he isn't consistent, [insert player name] on [insert team] is way better. If we didn't [insert trade], then we'd have [insert player name].
The reality is for this team to get better, it needs to get worse, which is why we need to trade [insert player name] for picks and prospects, and rebuild properly, through the draft.
That about right?
Sounds nauseatingly familiar. Time for some Gravol

He makes easy saves harder than they have to be but he can also make some pretty big saves when he has to. He just moves a little bit too much and it allows pucks to trickle through. - Two_For_Truth
That's it exactly, was trying to figure it out. Trying too hard to challenge shooters? |

He could be up at 2ppg, play a perfect shut-down game, and some people would still be upset that we traded picks for him. - Feeling Glucky?
Too bad he isn't though. |

You really want to pay 6.5-7 mil for a guy who goes on 10 game scoring drought? |

I really can't complain with his game right now. He's doing everything he ought to be doing to have 4-5 goals by now. If he even had 2, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.
If just two shots had been one inch lower/more to the left/more to the right, he'd have 2 G, 6 A, 8 P in 10 games and his PPG pace from last year would basically be on track and we'd all be thrilled he's back in form AND contributing defensively.
Isn't that absurd that such a small difference has such an effect on some people? Though, I'm sure I don't have to tell you. You see it every day. - Leeman4Gilmour
I give credit to players on a game to game basis, if they suck, I post it, if they play well, I post it, I also give my opinion on their overall play, I have been pleased with Kadri, Frattin, JVR, Komarov, Reimer and kessel. |

I'd hope so because he's doing very little in the "scoring" department these days. |

It's the adjustment to the NHL. It's a faster game than he has been use to in the AHL. He's just trying too hard to be faster with his movements. Ray Emery had the same problem for awhile. Guys that spend time in the AHL notice the change in speed and they overcompensate by moving around too much thinking that they aren't going to be able to make the save in time. |

Do I want to retain one of the best goal scorers in the league?
No, I guess I'd rather give up assets later to try and fill that hole when it becomes glaring. |

I ripped on Holzer pretty hard yesterday, but he really bounced back tonight.
Komarov is definitely this team's unsung hero. Couldn't agree more. |

The object of the games is to put the puck in the net. Since thats all Kessel can do he better do it lots. Streaky players bring a team down. He'll always be streaky |

Why keep him when you could trade him for picks/prospects and have a shot at maybe getting a guy who can score 30 goals a year. Having a 30 goal scorer would be awesome. |

Agreed! If we wanted scoring, all we had to do was wet the pen on a deal with Richards to Play with Kessel last summer, and we would be scoring. Think that PP would suck? No Way. Far too much scoring... |

I just can't believe what a crap shoot the eastern conference is....
Rangers are a game under .500 with a loss to to jersey who I thought would be fighting to stay out of the lottery considering they won't have there 1st rd pick. But there 6-1-3
And the bottom 3 teams in the east are Washington, Philadelphia, and Florida. All playoff teams.
