Neither did I

Though I thought for sure Ellis might step into Suter's shoes......ah well.

How is that even possible?

Weber was never the quarterback. Great d-man, but like Phaneuf, he's not a QB. He's a horse.

He's a pretty good young d-man I think. But yeah, tough task.

Shea Weber still without a point...glad I didn't draft him this year.

Just sold high on Vanek and bought low on Kessel and Backstrom (the center).

Going out:

Vanek
Diaz (waiver pick-up)
Neuvirth (waiver pick-up)

Coming back:

Kessel
Backstrom
Reimer

Eeeew...

Not cool. Somebody ought to beat Rinaldo's ass for that. You don't beat a guy as he's falling.

- Leeman4Gilmour

Yup. He'll get his ass beat someday soon

My hope (prayer) is that there's no way Vanek could keep this up. Conversely, averages should work out in favor of Kessel/Backstrom.

And my goaltending situation was a mess. Waited way too long to draft one in a 14 team league with two starters per night.

Or, my personal favorite, he should have deliberately thrown it into Neuvirth's pads to generate a rebound.

That's the definition of a low percentage shot.

Don't know how goalie stats are counted for in your league... but it's a risky move in a shortened season.

Oh look, bad call, gives them a goal.
