There needs to be a HNIC drinking game.

For starters, you take two drinks every time Hughson calls somebody by their nickname ("The Great 8!" "Sid the Kid!" "King Henrik!" etc.)

Also, three drinks for every time Simpson says, "That's one he'd like to have back."

- Leeman4Gilmour

One drink every time they go to the "Nonis camera".

Two drinks every time Healy says a call in favor of the Leafs was wrong (or vice versa).

Yeah, it was a rough draft year for us. The good centers/offensive players were either higher than us (Yakupov, Galchenyuk) or too far down (Gaunce).

Very heavy on D this year, and we didn't really need that.

We coud have picked Kopitar instead of Raymond deal with it.

No, but you can never have enough centers, either.

Or, in our case, one.

not really a skilled guy. Doubtful that he'll be a top line center. Could be a decent tough 2nd line C.

Most likely a top shutdown center.

And we clearly need defense

Yeah, that's just it. Aside from Galchenyuk, there wasn't much at C. Not like some years where the draft is littered with good options for a center at #5.

Yea, at least we got an awesome prospect ... just not the position we needed most. Was really hoping Montreal would do something stupid like take Grigs

Galy's probably gonna be the best player in the draft.
