My favourite type of house work is landscaping in the summer. Love it. I (frank)ing hate painting with a passion, and I have to do the borders around my front door and garage this spring/summer.

Im not that experienced with painting, but im guessing I need to sand, prime and then paint the (frank)ers since they're exposed to the outdoor elements.
