In case you haven't noticed over, oh, the last EIGHT YEARS or so, the Leafs' lineup is Swiss cheese. - triggermartin
Luca Cerda was dumped by the Leafs years ago |

Jonas Siegel @jonasTSN1050
Ben Scrivens taking visitors' goal at Leafs optional skate. Would appear he gets the start tonight in Washington. - faceto27
Reimer cant play every game....He played last night so it's time to get Scrivens back in the net... |

I'm not entirely sure what he did to earn that demotion. The guy has been playing about as well as you could hope as an effective bottom pairing d-man.
He never cost us a game as badly as Kostka + Holzer, who did everything in their power - right up to literally putting the puck in our net - to throw last night's for us. - Leeman4Gilmour
Komi hurt himself because he couldn't hit the net in practice.
Now that i think of it, if Phaneuf had that kind of attitude.... RIP DION. |

Im not. Im begging for Gardiner and Rielly - Arctic_AARDVARK
Yes, because the solution for a team that's defence is slumping is to bring in a kid who still can't legally buy a drink in Ontario.
Anyone remember that movie with Bill Murray and Andie McDowell? Something about a hedgehog or something? |

11 games later:
"This kid Rielly absolutely effing sucks. I'm sick of losing. Why don't they trade his sorry ass for a veteran who can handle the puck back there like it isn't a grenade? Seriously, let's get some vets in here, and win now!"

I find it's much more fun around here if you twist other people's words to suit your own purposes.
Dozzer thinks that Kessel is playing like he has chronic myelogenous leukemia.

We should do a poster of the year at the conclusion of every Leaf season. This year you'd get my vote, that's not sarcasm, that's just me kissing ass. |

Did anyone ask Carlyle last night what was up with kadri and frattin getting 2 minutes in the third period down by a goal? Was it the two giveaways in the 2nd period? - mykokes
Good questions like yours often go unanswered on here. Probably a good idea to go to another site for real information. This site is for the self-righteous with plenty of opinions and no substance. |

Yeah that is it, tank the season and pick a player we don't need, you people are something else, un(frank)ingbelievable.
Why do I bother. |
