Sharks great start is a mirage...despite what happens in the last 5 minutes in this game. They are not that good. Thye have had one softest schedules at the start than any team. 6 home games and road games in Calgary and Edm to start the season. Marleau and Throton will find ways to disappear as the season goes on and thuer blue line is nothing special. Murrey is a big clutz out there and Boyle is just about done. Luv Cloture and Pavelski...you can have the rest!!

All of your reasons are true. Just forgot to mention the Sharks are slow and speed kills a slow team.

Kane has a lot of goals and points this year - but there is also a lot of lackadaisical play there, too, all year.
- StLBravesFan

Kind of like winning curing all ills, prodigious production of points will make Kane's negatives easier to take...he better keep producing though.

still say 1....#3. No chance on the first 2. 27 let pavelski get inside position right in C2's face and puck bounced right to his stick

I'll say all 3, but he redeemed himself the last 50 minutes.

Good win. Still would like to see more from some folks *cough Sharp cough* but a solid win in regulation--should put some mouths to rest.

Wonder if Burrish is buying tonight.

Great job by so many...but the D corps stepped up HUGE to have Duncs' back while he sat out all those PIM's.

first one ill give him, nobody on D was clearly out their man for crawford.

the one over the shoulder crawford was down way too early from that far out from that angle

third one he got beat clean, hit the post and banked off

Nice game by Saad

A couple bad bouces or he would of had a few assists

He also finished a check and put the guy on his can
I may be projecting but a little bit of his game reminds me of Hossa

Bad rebound on #1 I think most people would say. Great game after that, save on Marleau changed the whole complexion of the game

Love the depth on the back end. As much as we bash him at times (deservedly so in most cases) props to Stanbow for the Brookbank and Rozival signings. Much more confidence in that bottom pairing this year.

He's still got a long way to go but I like what I've seen from him so far. He doesn't have to be "the guy" here, he just needs to continue to play well and progress. If he does, good things will come his way.

Unlike the last few years we stood up to the the physical play

I really think unheralded #17 is a steadying influence on the back end he had another good game
