ooh...I gotta go turn on the gates so I can see this!

I still have to make the connect on Dust501, sir. I'd give the excuse that I'm waiting on a new component cable (which would be true), but the truth is I got lazy.

Great delivery on the "How do you mentally prepare?" answer.

Also - "Was that the game plan, shutting down the most potent offense in the league"

"I don't know." (and laughing)

Just saw the clips of Rinaldo's post game interview on CSN. Still don't know if it was hilarious or terrifying. Or both. It's definitely a must see.

I love the way he's been handling the media this season. He's thinking before he answers, and he isn't falling into their "trap" questions they ask when looking for a story. I'm glad he not only turned his game around, but his interviewing skills as well..

That being said, it still does make for some funny moments.. lol

I lost a lot of respect for Lecavalier last night. He used to always be one of my more favorite players outside of Philly. But after throwing two shots to Talbot after he was on the ice, that's changed.

Awesome game from the boys last night! Way to answer the bell after the beating Tampa put on them last week. They have a ways to go but these last two wins were a huge step in the right direction.

I agree.. clearly a get even fight. Well at least he cost his team by being in the box for 5 mins at the end of a close game.. way to go captain

According to TSN and the Coyote official site Rundblad has been called up and not sent down. I guess we will see if he plays next game.
- flyerdude17

Not sure what Coyote official site you're looking at. Runbland has been demoted.

Incredibly dumb. Jim Jackson during the broadcast nailed it: "Sure the Flyers will miss Max Talbot, but you definitely trade him for 7 minutes of no Lecavalier"

Agreed. Those trying to compair his actions to Rinaldo dropping Crombeen are clueless.

And Vinny, if you're gonna sucker a guy into a fight go after a guy your size. Ugh, I liked Vinny for a long time but I'm not so sure anymore... Here's hoping Sestito or L Schenn can get their mits on him next time out.

Was probably payback for Rinaldo doing something similar to Crombeen.

I don't think it was actually similar. Crombeen was in the process of going down. Talbot was actually lying on the ice. But I have no doubt that your point is correct in how Lecavalier and the Lightning saw it. But Rinaldo even asked the ref if what he did was okay, and the ref said it was.

Of course, I'll trade off a major to Talbot for a major to Vinny anytime.
