If the Canucks were to acquire another offensive centre, preferably a playmaker (like Weiss, who KB3 suggested), I think it would be worth trying Kesler on the wing. He's excelled there before. It's not like they can't switch him back to centre if it doesn't work out.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not eager to move Kesler to wing either, but I'd entertain it as an option.

Schroeder has impressed me with his composure, defence, and decision making with the puck, but how much can you really tell after 8 NHL games.
