Ya I was thinking MAYBE, if the Flames did trade Kipper, which they probably won't, next year would be a Ramo #1 Brossoit #2 combo.

The only way I see this happening is if Ramo comes over after the KHL season and impresses enough to give him the reigns next year. It's a definite long shot.

Nice Gaudreau joke

Unless he does something completely unbelievable, the AHL is where he should be for at leadt a year probably even 2. Oilers have taken several years to get Dubnyk up but hes really showing game now and the development time was key. Being a goalie is a funny business. You need to be rock solid mentally but still a little crazy. Teenag goalies get eaten alive in the show. I watch a lot of Oil Kings games as well as Red Deer and I think Calgary has a real find with Broissoit, but they need to be patient.

You are definitely right....not a lot of goalies can break into the league like that as a rookie. Hopefully they won't push him along. Realistically Kipper will be here next year as well. But we might see Broissoit in a few games next season I believe.

Even the goalies who do break in as goalies don't turn out very well. Remember Steve Mason?
