that game last night being 2-2 would have changed the entire outcome..

should i bring up the boston game, would have been 1-1, but a horse poop goal called back in that one too.

No fighting, nothing...i saw him chirping Tlusty last night...guess what dion, Tlusty is better than you right now, he is a better (frank)ing hockey player...TLUSTY for (frank) sakes!!!!

Makes you wonder if the coaching staff sees that his shot is just brutal from the point. But like I said earlier, if its the intention of management to tank this season, then its a very good idea to put Phaneuf on the PP. No need to worry about him hitting the net and possibly scoring.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited when we got Dion. Especially since we gave up nothing for him. In fact, getting some of those players off the roster probably made us better just by losing them.

But man, he is not even close to the player he was in Junior/Early years in Calgary.

He does absolutely nothing to set the tone. You'd think not always chasing the big hit would lead to better defensive play.. but he gets burned steady just trying to skate with guys. Doesn't lay the big bodies anymore, doesn't put fear into anyone. Hurts his own guys with his uncontrollable clapper.

That being said if he wasn't getting paid 6+ mil and playing 30 mins... it might go a little more under the radar... but tough to consider this guy to be the "leader"
