I know. None of us can. But sometimes we have to tell little white lies to see the boobies. it's standard.

Pluse it was Robin and he really needs to work on his Semin delivery. I find his jokes are too early....some would say premature

oh it was alright, pretty much what you would expect from an afternoon gig at a record store

nice time tho. good to play shows like that leading up to the cd release show.

also, Jim met Andrea Dunn there who is one of the FM96 dj's.. she is going to push for us to get on their indie show.. which.. if people respond to it positively might get us some play in regular rotation... here's hoping

Can someone explain something to me, since the ACC opened in 1999, the Leafs have played to over 101% to 102% capacity yet they are not listed as a one of the longest sell out streaks in the NHL, before that they played at over 100% at the Gardens, what gives?

ACC - 18,800 capacity, the Leafs have in the 19,000 + range every game.

We need to get on either a winning or losing streak to know what kind of team we have this year. If we hover around .500 all season I think we're more likely to drop out than sneak in to the playoffs. It's playoffs or tank, no more of this 12th place garbage.

They have played well over 400 games at the ACC at over 101% every game, it doesn't add up.

i have been doing a little digging.

apparently in 2003 the leafs submitted a non sell out number to the league. the leafs have claimed that it was an error but the league disputes it for some reason.

other than that.. the leafs claim to have sold out every game since 1933

Yeah, I went back and was checking the numbers at the ACC, every game was above 18, 800.

Jets, Habs, Canes and Caps.

Leafs have have as easy of a schedule as its going to get this week. Have to take advantage, and I think they will.

2-1-1 or 3-1.

Give'r boys, get'r done. Heehaw, y'all.

this is what i found. yahoo answers 2 years ago so take it for what its worth:

It depends on who you talk to..............both the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs claim sell out streaks dating back to the 1930s (Toronto can actually verify theirs)

As of last week, the Toronto Maple Leafs are claiming a sell out streak of 2719 games dating back to November 18, 1933 - the NHL disputes this claiming that the Leafs failed to sell out a game in November 2003 (the Leafs have argued that a typo was sent in).

I think 2-2, but I expect to go 1-3.. We will never get MacKinnon if we make the playoffs.

judging by their play this season i dont think the leafs will be in the lottery.. unless they go through another huge collapse

playoff bubble team this year.

EDIT: yes i know all teams who dont make the playoffs have a shot at number one buts lets be realistic

Ill worry about the draft later in the season. For now, its about the playoffs. Have to put a string of wins together, or at least games where they get a point, and it has to be more than 2 games. Need to start making progress, and a gut feeling says they do it this week.
