It's a good camera. Especially if you're used to point-and-shoots.

But if you're used to SLRs, he Fujifilm kills it.

- Feeling Glucky?

Riddle me this? p510 shoots macro great at even a cm... you want a macro lense for an SLR, you're looking at $800 plus.

Doesn't play enough minutes yet and when he does play it is 4th line, last game they had Devane, McKegg and Ross as the 4th line.
- LeafMan

that ain't right. Guy needs to be in offensive situations.

Ugh, just send Connolly down to the E

Side note: I haven't been watching the Marlies lately, has Colborne been better? His stats definitely look like he's benefiting from a larger role.

I was hoping Toronto traded for Stewart before he was moved to St.Louis. I doubt Toronto has a chance at him, but if they did, they should definitely go after him.
- blahman20

Yup ....last year his minutes were down and he Hitch were butting heads. He's apparently a loose cannon ....I like a little of that. If he's available ....he slides into the top 6 mix nicely IMHO.

Just grab yourself a Messier. Boom. There's your guarantee.

But I'm pretty sure even the bantam Saskatoon Ice Dogs (totally made that up) would win the cup with Gretzky + Orr.

lol ....listen, I don't mind admitting, I'm not a two-handed pisser. I can drink my beer while pising or hold it up high enough to avoid bowl-splash.

And for $15 it comes with a lid!

Hey guys... I figured out Glucky's philosophy...

If I need a cheap, little, economical, car with no bells or whistles just to get to the grocery store, he would suggest that I plunk down a quarter-million dollars on a Ferrari 599.

In Saturday's game, Colborne controlled the puck down low quite effectively on the PP, actually him and Gardiner on the PP were really good. Colborne has played really well since all the call ups to the Leafs.

I enjoy taking 30 seconds to zoom in on something with the p510. Definitely better than the split second it takes on the HS30.

Also, at $800 for a macro lens on an SLR, you're talking about something that's insanely better than what you'd get on either bridge cameras. I know, because I use a 90mm sigma and it's my favourite lens .

Manual zoom, manual focus, RAW shooting. This is why I take the HS30 over the p510. Once you're used to a SLR, these are things you straight-up can't do without. If you're used to point-and-shoots, it's not an issue.

I don't know how much more I can stress that both cameras are good, I just recommended the HS30 because it's closer to an SLR experience.

I suggested he buy an HS30, which is at the same price-point as a p510
