I'm going to watch Ottawa's disallowed goal from the weekend - it's the only thing that can cheer me up.

It was a clear trip...One could argue the player not being in the clear but to call it a dive is rather silly..

He hadnt gotten in behind Phaneuf tho

And holzer... That was brutal

- Dozzer

Two marlies taking stupid penalties; Kostka to me shouldn't be playing top pairing minutes. He does 1 good thing and 2 stupid things, it's like that whole "one step forward, two steps back" deal. I understand he's playing lots of minutes but that just shows he can't fully handle it yet.

Kostka's was legit.

Holzer's was the result of a Canes player trying to skate through him and - surprise! - getting knocked down.

Even Doug Maclean knows it was a trip. He doesn't know much.

He leaned in with his knee and caught him knee on knee when he realised he couldn't stop him. If that's not a penalty then there are no penalties.

Macleans on fire. He even called out holzer for being a soup can on the first goal.

Give that man first star.

He hardly leaned in. He stopped in his tracks and let the player trip over him. It's still his responsibility.. If he's not getting out of the way, the refs will ca it everytime.

He hardly went knee hunting though. Come on.
