id be fine with housley. i think its the only way pegula pulls the trigger. no way he replaces an idol with an outsider. and i think lindy would get kicked upstairs to some presidential position...

How long has Kevin Devine been an Assistant GM here? Is that a recent change??

It goes beyond needing a change of scenery. It has to do with who he is as a player. They were talking about it on the NHL network the other day. It's a bad situation all around. They pretty much said OV needs to learn how to be a team player or his career is pretty much over with. They pretty much said that it doesn't matter what coach it is, OV needs to change. None of the coaches have been the problem.

That's what's gotten him to the level he's at right now. He worked a lot with the US National Development program.

I'd like of be interested in seeing what Housley could do though. He had a great run with the US WJC team.

GF got into a bad accident last Wednesday and I got my Corrections Officer canvas letter in so kinda been deep in thought about the possible change in life style.

I have a few friends that do that for the state. Its a good gig with the benefits and the overtime and such. Hardest part is the first few years where they have you driving a lot. Once your past that it settles down. Good luck with whatever you choose.
