The thing is: I don't care if Stevie Johnson does or doesn't lift weights in the offseason. If running, playing basketball, and other cardio is what makes him the player he is, then good for him. Not everyone benefits from the same kind of workout. I just don't need to know about it, or listen to you sound like you don't take things seriously. - buffalofan19
What did Ennis say that has everyone up in arms? |

Probably because of center depth......I know Hecht isnt playing much center now, but he will be if 19, 63 or 25 gets hurt. - Homer
I agree
ESP with getting Pominville's recommendation
Any inside info for us on who may be hurt...
Or if Darcy is thinking about shaking up the defense with either a trade or bringing up McNabb? |

he didnt show it here, or last year with Van, or even in the AHL this year. He's starting to get it now, and playing with the Sedin's or not, he is still playing well, I'll give him that.....but I dont blame them for making the deal they did either, he was a head case here. - Homer
It was a hockey deal that made sense for both teams, I really dont know what else there is to say about it. Both teams should be happy. |

Yes he did. 20 pts in 28 games with 61pim. His play in the AHL was one of the reasons he was put with the Sedins |

I think Hodgson is a big reason why Vanek looks the way he does this year. He even looked better at the end of the year when Hodgson was his center, even though Hodgson wasn't having the easiest time. Now that he understands the system better and is more comfortable, he looks even better and that's made Vanek's game elevate even more. |

Tyler Hall also has 9 points and is +4..

I dont think 20 points in 28 games in the minors is all that great for a guy who is supposed to be oozing with talent. I also read he was a healthy scratch in the AHL this year too. IDK if thats true or not.
Anyway what's youre point? They got a center they needed and gave up a guy who that that didnt show much here. |

Maybe that's a sign that they are really working on something?
Here's hoping
I really don't think we need anything too drastic though
A couple guys tht can play defense will make a huge difference |

Here's an article from the fourth period:
http://www.thefourthperiod.com/news/buf130204.html
Says Darcy's looking for a gritty, defensive-minded forward, who can play on the club's second or third line, and a shutdown defenseman. Also, states there were scouts from 18 different teams at yesterday's game. |
