Flynn is technically a center, though I believe he's mostly been on wing this year in Rochester.

Varone and Porter I know are centers.

Adam has mostly been on wing. Same with Girgensons.

- HonkFortheGoose

Sundher and Tarnasky are listed as Centers also... maybe that is the top 4 center?

Any goalie prospects worth taking a look at or projected to go first round this year ?I dont belive Miller will get any better then he is right now and thats certainly an area of concern going into his next contract.Baring a miracle Id think we all agree this teams going to be at the bottom of standings come the end of the season.

i think makarov and ullmark are as good as any goalie prospects right now.

ullmark has fantastic numbers in sweden.

I think Kassian is the real deal. You gotta give to get! We got CoHo and they got Kassian. I see both guys being top 6 forwards for the majority of there career. I really liked Kassian but I also really like Cody before he was even a Sabre.

Both teams got what they wanted

- Smittyx36

The real deal at what ? Becoming the next Lucic ? I dont think so the kid had a huge motivation problem.Darcy won that deal hands down.

Between Tyler Ennis' comments and Stevie Johnson's on the Jim Rome show on Friday, I think it's become clear that both of Buffalo's sports teams have a culture problem.

Not a good spot to find yourself in.

Although Marrone's specialty from what I have gathered is creating a positive culture.

Probably because of center depth......I know Hecht isnt playing much center now, but he will be if 19, 63 or 25 gets hurt.

I have a crazy idea...
Put some defensemen in front of Miller that actually play DEFENSE, I'll bet he look A LOT better...

How do you say that? The kids putting the puck in the net, has the grit, and fights for his team.

He was on the poop list here in Buffalo the second he got in trouble for the fight. Motivation problems? He managed to be a top prospect, get drafted in the NHL's 1st round, play well in the OHL, and was wanted by a cup contending team. The kid clearly doesn't lack motivation. Thats BS

True,
But if need be I think we can find some borderline 4th liners / AHLers to fill out the roster down there

- jdfitz77

You can't take their "top line" guys and replace them with 4th liners either.

The thing is: I don't care if Stevie Johnson does or doesn't lift weights in the offseason. If running, playing basketball, and other cardio is what makes him the player he is, then good for him. Not everyone benefits from the same kind of workout. I just don't need to know about it, or listen to you sound like you don't take things seriously.

Adam - Varone - Flynn
Rankin - Porter - Mancari
Girgensons - Sundher - Roy
Tarnasky - Schofield - Legault
Parker

McNabb - Pysyk
JGL - Pardy
Biega - Crawford
McKenzie
Shiestal

would probably seem to be how it goes in Rochester according to stats...

he didnt show it here, or last year with Van, or even in the AHL this year. He's starting to get it now, and playing with the Sedin's or not, he is still playing well, I'll give him that.....but I dont blame them for making the deal they did either, he was a head case here.

Well thats the whole thing, what could possibly drive a person to want to say that on national radio?

He sounded like he took pride in it.
