Get a lead and then play not to lose. Funny how many shots get given up when your two best faceoff guys are out. They need to learn how to close a game out.

Not being able to win draws is what cost us dearly. It was an issue before Horc went down.

I'm still shocked we managed a point while playing 5d and 11 forwards.

I guess there is a silver lining to all that last night.

Personally I have taken a step back. While I want to see the wins I am starting to see how much better overall the team is. Even down 2 players in that game, one being the best f/o man on the team, they come away with a point.

2 years ago they lose that game out right, last year they would be lucky to get a point. This year the point was theirs to lose.

I still think the Top Line has been missing for a few games. Need them back to win games.

They got lucky last night. DD played a good game. Can't be relying on him so much.

Granted I didn't expect to get the point, it's something that is happening against every team we play.

Dallas will be interesting, they are team that doesn't get the puck on net and gets outshot. Kinda like us.

Top 2 f/o guys out for a whole game? Not looking very good. Got to have Top 2 lines playing near perfect hockey and produce.

They looked like poop even when Horc was playing and even when they did win draws. Kids are still being too damn fancy and getting caught entering the offensive zone.
