Completely agree on all points, but neither of us know what kind of offers Gillis is receiving for Luongo and Schneider. If the best he's getting for Luongo is a bad contract and a 3rd liner in return, compared to a top 4 d-man/ top 6 forward plus another asset for Schneider then he has to be considering both options.

Hodgson has fit in perfectly on that line w Pominville also... All 3 are killing it right now...

No doubt hes talented.. and deserves that money IF he played a full season which seems to be very very rare.
Always ends up injured where he misses time or at the very least struggles... he also tends to be very inconsistent during stretches. |
