With all due respect MJL I think if you watched every game Subban plays like I do you would soon love this kid. (I am pretty good at multitasking, I somehow manage to watch the best parts of several games at the same time, ie commercial breaks etc, powerplays
Seriously I watch parts of almost every nhl game daily, I am sick!

It has nothing to do with how much I love a player. Subban is simply not on the level of Karlsson or Pietrangelo yet. Maybe in the future, but not now.

The biggest thing that worries me about Subban is the attitude. Its the same reason why even though I am high on Kane I am weary at the same time.

After all the BS of dry island, Richards, Zherdev, and Bryzgalov last season I want no drama if it can be avoided.

The Flyers were apparently unwilling to move Schenn/Coots for Weber.

Would they be willing to do so for OEL?

- flyer_nutter

I wonder if B. Schenn, JVR and a 1st rounder would've netted Weber? I doubt it.

To be honest if he is available I break the bank to get him.

If you can start building off a core with Giroux, OEL and Bryzgalov that is championship quality.

- flyer_nutter

Currently I do not put Bryzaster in that category, try Carey Price. That reminds me Habs/Sens in 5 minutes, Karlsson vs Subban
If any of you watch this game keep an eye on Subban and imagine him in orange and black with lots of color.

I like OEL better than Weber, much more mobile. Weber has the cannon and the toughness but OEL has everything and will be the next Lidstrom, I guarantee that too

Very funny, but when I say love a player it means I really really really like the way they play hockey. That is my definition of love, just ask my wife

And if I have to choose between Weber and Lidstrom, let's flip a coin. And I'll be ecstatic if I lose the coin flip.

I personally think the rap on Subban is a little blown up. He is so full of energy on and off the ice he is like a one year old puppy. I hate to put a damper on his zest for life.

Subban is a game changer and if you do not know why we need him I suspect you do not know what a game changer is
- flyerdude17

You're probably right. Enlighten me please.

What's a game game changer and why is PK one?

Yandle, Bogosian, Leddy, Kulikov, Subban, Rundblad, Demers, Perry, Kane. I have varying levels of interest in all of these players, and would like to see any combo of 2 of them in our lineup opening night next season, while keeping Coots.

My wife's cousin loves that stuff. A little too sweet, IMO. Had some nice Hennepin yesterday.
