To be honest, even though I definitely don't disagree with your statement about the 4th line, the Tavares, Okposo and Moulson line is the line that has been out for some of the most critical goals against this year. Now, they usually play out with other teams first lines so they usually play the best, but I would like to see them take a little more responsibility on the D end too.

Get Okposo off that line and get rid of his low percentage passes/turnovers and him coughing up the puck because he's falling down for some/no reason and they wont be on the ice for 70% of those goals.

Where's Bailey gonna play when he gets back? I wouldn't want him to F up the 3rd line. Not sure why everyone want him back, the team is doing great without him. He skates around like a clueless fack when he doesn't have the puck.

Nabokov has been adequate, thus far- a little rusty, but to be expected. That said, when the game is seriously on the line, he bears down. In any case, I'll take him over "he who does not realize what just flew by him until the red light goes on", any day of the year.

I also like most of these kids Snow has drafted (remember, Okposo is on Smith), and/or picked up off the junk pile, except for some of the old guys. Bailey is about the only one of the picks who has yet to win me over. That said, the man has to trade SOMETHING other than a third round pick at SOME point, to take his team to the next level. We'll see how he fares with that.

I love the move, of course- not because I WANT them to move to Brooklyn, but because enough is enough. Enough said about that; it's been beaten to death.

I know you're probably busting chops to an extent, but the one place I disagree is on the coaching issue. He's an "OK" coach; to me, this team at this point has the offensive talent to stay in games, regardless of who coaches it, and that's only going to get better over the next couple of years, even if Snow does nothing. The problem is on the back end- first of all, there is no substitute for having someone who can actually play the goal, and I hope that they understand that. Second of all, a lot of times when they play defense, they look confused. As I also said before, sometimes I think they try to do too much, but I also think that a more solid, consistent, simple plan in their own zone would be better, given the youth on their team. I'd rather see them get that sorted out BEFORE they start relying on Poulin/Nilsson to win games for them.

They need to play every game like a playoff game!!!

Leave Grabner where he is and put Bailey on the first line. I think Baile should get a good look on that line if it doesn't work than move on. I just don't think Grabner would be good on that line. I couldn't even tell you a 100% why?

No... probably not.

But he's going to have to play his way into a spot.

Top 6 spot will be hard to get onto... unless he works his way onto the right wing.

Like I said he will have to bump KO or Boyes.

Tavares, Nielsen, and Aucoin along with Cizikas can play centre.

And he is not bumping Martin.

It's a good problem to have... Strome and Nino coming soon.

Grabner needs to stay on the second. He did not mesh well with JT and Moulson last year. Move Boyes to the first line. Bailey will be on the third line and Cizikas will move down to the 4th.

I know it was only one game, but I loved Cizikas on the 3rd line. The kid deserved to be there and he shined. He showed more heart and determination in one game than I've ever seen from Bailey. Grabner is a totally different player so far this year, so I'd love to see what happens with him, JT and Moulson.

god i hate to see you guys if we were a playoff team consistently. i hate this and i hate that and (frank) this guy and (frank) snow and (frank) cappy...we are winning...(frank)ing enjoy it..ITS OKAY TO BE HAPPY... i know its not all rainbow and butterflies and there are real issues on this team..but god damn this team plays hard is fun to watch (frank)ing enjoy it..its entertainment..there are 1000 other things to be miserable about. our piece of poop team just went on a 5 game road trip that would have been 1-4 or 0-5 in years past...ENJOY IT..
