Every NHL team should be respected. If not you will get run out of the rink. See: Today
- ImThatGuy

That was kinda my point, habs coming of a really, really bad showing came out and set the pace, Buffalo never ever got back of their heels. If not for Miller the score would have been much worse.

Sekera out, Regehr still out...
Brennan in...
Gotta call-up McNabb...
Myers absolutely has to sit for a game or two,
Or five!

- jdfitz77

If Sekera misses time, they're going to insert Brennan and leave it at that for now. They don't have the roster space to call up anyone else. I'm not sure if there's a limit of how many guys you can have on IR, but that would leave a little room I suppose if they can put one of them on IR.

With the injuries, I don't see Ruff benching Myers at this point.

Maybe but they're just getting plain Worked!
- twistedwrister9

If they bury just one of those, it's a different game. Two of those Montreal goals were right after missed opportunities in the other end. I'm watching the CBC feed, so I didn't hear what he said, but it sounds like he was right.

and Habs without their best forward as well plus PK just back and Gally's in his 7th NHL game.

He's not very fast either though.
- Pierceme69

That doesn't mean he's not working hard though, which was your first statement. It just means that it's an area that he needs to improve on.

It's only a matter of time befor the entire fan base starts hating Grigs. I really blame the media for this one. It was all Grigs all the time, and they drew up this strom that was a disaster from the start.

They treated him like a 5 year superstar when they should have been more cautious. Now every fan is expecting this kid to be the savior. I think he will be very good, in time.

I honestly don't think Brennan is the answer either, I don't think he'll be an NHL d-man.

Wheeler as well.

One year with 20+ goals. Stafford has had a better career than he does.

That's a real shame, because you should, maybe your team is in the position it is today because they had the same like minded thoughts.
- ShootingSemin

Forget it douche.

Get lost. If I thought they were good i would say so. They arent so I wont say it. Just a bad afternoon game for our boys and an after Boston let down.

I really think Pardy and McNabb should be here, Nabber is starting to look a lot better now and I've always liked Pardy he is an NHL d-man and was more than a throw in. Leo and Myers are awful to watch it's really painful.
- sabresfandan

Pardy should be in the very least.

IMO, the problem with this team is Jochen Hecht. Not that he has been playing bad, its just the sign of complacency and honoring players of the"past"

This team has had that same stench for the last 5 years. And it starts at the top with Lindy and Darcy.

I frankly don't think it's fair at all for an 18-year old to get this kind of scrutiny and hype from the media. He's 18. He'll find his game at some point, then he'll lose it, then he'll find it again. I'll start expecting him to play big minutes when he's 21 or 22.

BTW, looks like Miller took option c) tell Lindy to put in Jonas.
