Schneider is better. You don't know sh*t. Schneider had one bad game and that was the first game of the season. We have two top ten goalies. It's nice to have. But Schneider is better. Better technique...more athletic and a better head on his shoulders.

It's so stupid how media and fans just live by a flavor of the day mentality. I find it hilarious. The media is saying "it's a whole different ball game being a starter, he's not ready" and the fans are saying "trade Schneider" He's player four (frank)ing games and his last three games he has a .932% His first start against Annaheim brings that down. Since when is a .932% not being able to stop a beach ball?

I'm not saying we can't trade Schneider, it's a possibility, but we'd have to get over payment to do that. And over payment on Schneider is astronomical.

I think the whole culture in TO is on thin ice, major changes need to be made.

I miss the days where the Canucks had Tommy Larshied and John Shorthouse.

We were so spoiled in Vancouver and never really appreciated the tandem.

With so many different play by play people and channels, you miss the identity and trust in the announcers.

I do not mean "homer announcers", just there is no identity and it always feels like an away game.

No one thought he was a bad goalie. The fans were taken for a ride and still are. The media reports Lu is gone ,you see interviews with him saying he would be happy to let go the NTC . You hear him saying he would like to play in Florida.

They fans were getting unemotionally attatched at this point fully expecting a Luongo trade.We were all getting ready for the new chapter in Canucks history.

In this case 1+1 does not equal two ,it equals 54 or some other bizzar number. This story has more twists than a contorsionists underwear.

Most fans are here saying, tell us who our number one goalie is and we are behind them .

Luongo started to decline the last couple of years. We all saw it. He looks better and refreshed now, which is nice. But look at Schneiders age and talent. He's our guy. So I wouldn't get emotionally attached again. Schneider fits with our current core and with our future (Jensen, Kassian, Schroeder, Gaunce etc) We could rirsk it and trade Schneider and hope to god Lack develops into a star goalie. But I'd hate to see us fall back into a goalie graveyard, once Luongo is past his prime.

If we were to trade Schneider to Columbus it'd have to be a major haul. Either all of their first round picks in this upcoming draft(3) or Johansen and two firsts(NYR,LAK)
