I don't understand how Burke got fired and Gillis is still employed.

Guy's done nothing other than re-signing players, as they age and the team continues downhill.

Gillis has done little to make that team better since he took over. Hes already trying to fix his error of the Luongo contract, and has a lot of work to do to manage his teams cap before next season. But, when all else fails, blame the media. The Burke way.

do u think Schneider is beter then a goalie like Howard, who has proven to be a consistent starter? I think hes more on par with a tukka rask, a guy who tas talent but is just starting off and cant be counted amongst the good or elite goalies in the league.

No.. Cole reports it just to be Bozak.Kadri. The general reason the "going thought" was it was turned down because Bozak's conttact situation and Kadri, although a very good player, has no place in the canuck top 6. He is the kind of player you need to build around, and Kesler/Booth are already in the #2 lineup.

True. The only thing I can suggest is that any head to head comparison between the two teams, in different confrences and each without a training camp... well... it all becomes kinda moot.

Although I think Kassian is the real one whose stats you should look at.
