Realistically (not Trolling) what could Schneider get?

Halak got Eller and Ian Schultz
Lehtonen got nothing

Schneider has slightly better numbers than Halak but Halak was 2 years younger and had already had a great playoff

The whole league hopes you keep both goalies

1.They are both great but only one can play or be pulled at one time
2.Nobody will pay the contract
3.No one will pay the trade price
4.If they could strengthen the team by trade it makes Vancouver a contender

So keep them both and enjoy the best goalies in the league

Been Called alot of things, never an Oatmeal Bather..... Ok so CS doesnt Suck, but he is no Louongo. Never will be. Did you watch the game last night? CS lets in at least two. He is an aveage NHL goalie, nothing special. Thats why I think his contract is excessive. And I never eat Oatmeal Breakfast is for BACON!

These are very interesting facts. You may also remember a younger Luongo with a better contract (plus Auld and Bryan Allen) fetched a ruined Todd Bertuzzi and Lucas Krajicek back in 2006.

I was amazed that yesterday the TO forum posted a gif of a dog jumping to it's death. Systemtool did it. They thought it was hilarious.

I actually reported it. Never done that before but that was disgusting... but they laughed and bragged about it.

Nothing was done.

Such is the level or pride and respect that is expected out of many of the posters in the TO blog.

But the reality is the Blue Jackets don't give a crap what the rest of the league think. Johansen and a first for Schneider and a first may be ok with them.

If Gillis is a savvier dealer than Montreal's old GM (which I think he is) then we should net more than what Halak got, which I almost see as a give away. A top 6 forward and strong prospect (+ maybe even a decent draft pick) should be achievable.

I personally dont care if the Canucks Trade Lou or Schneider. I just want them to do it soon so we can rid Vancouver of this Awful circus.

Plus we need a top 6 forward pronto.
