Archibald could still be a good 4th liner. But he's at least a year or two away.

His hot start on the Wolves this season raised expectations a bit higher than they should have been.

Wow. Those trades are nuts. All of them.

As if Florida wants Ballard back!! Scooby just tacks on Ballard and Raymond and expects a return as if they're first line/pairing players.

I'm sorry but I don't think we see anything like that in a trade. I'd love to see it, but you're dreaming.

I doubt it Van has a history of keeping guys stuck in the minors a lot longer than others. AKA CS

I meant if they target a centre like Johansen (like in KB3's proposal) in a trade.

That would mean Kesler, Johansen, and Gaunce down the middle.

I like JS, so I hope they give him the opportunity to succeed.

I'm bored.

Hey, I was thinking about something.

When a team is on offence it is commonly said they are moving the puck 'up ice'.
But when a team is in their own zone and want to relieve pressure they shoot the puck 'down the ice'.

If the puck is traveling in the same direction in either situation then how can the ice be 'up' and 'down' at the same time?

That'll be like the second time they took someone from Western Canada (Hughson) to be their own and made them suck, it's true what they say that Toronto is the Center of the Universe... all that's there is a GINORMOUS BLACK HOLE that sucks down careers of up-and-coming journos/broadcasters/HB bloggers.

The beauty of it is Hughson can't stand them, but it doubles the pleasure to watch them lose ,and get paid for broadcasting it .

I find that lately Leaf and Canucks fans are trying to avoid eachother, another month like this and eklund will have to go on welfare.
