My post was more of a comment on the tone of most of your posts and your general attitude on here. Many of them seem like you're going out of your way to be a Richard, not trying to avoid it. For example, you continue to bring up non-hockey related, inflammatory topics like politics (most recently a derogatory reference to the VP) despite the fact that it has no place on these boards.

In general, you don't conduct yourself on here like someone who is trying to avoid being a Richard. Maybe you're a swell guy in real life (although your past comments about your wife and women in general make me question that), I don't know. But it's a free country and this is the internet so you can do more or less what you want until/unless you get banned. But in case you weren't sure, you don't come across as a guy trying to avoid being a Richard.

I'm not going to go back and look them up, but you made more than one post about how easy women have it compared to men, and specifically how unfair it was that your wife had it so easy during the week while you had to work, and then made you get up early on Saturdays to care for your baby.

Maybe you don't realize it, but posts like that come across like you are denigrating women. Those are the posts to which I was referring.

I just like the post man. I like bb25 because when something bothers him he lets it out there and he's honest about it without being demeaning.

Personally if I had issues with anything going on I'd bring it up. We've gone a round or two. No big deal. I'm usually the one that crosses the line and has to get yanked back but hey, I'm trying to get better about it. I haven't been banned yet so there's that.

i've gotten the PMs with the "one more time" and I've watched posts disappear. I try to stay away from the name calling and the cursing and I think that's what kept me going early on. And I never engage the mods in a fire fight.
