There is no cut off in years. Only a cut off when a team folds and leaves the league. You can have pride in the Millionaires, but the says more about the Canucks than the Millionaires.

Championships never get cut off. Thats why the banners hang in the arenas and the winners of the cup are engraved onto the cup itself.
